This is the Gangnam branch of Sinjeong, a restaurant in Myeongdong that is famous for ＇Genghis Khan＇ (a variation of shabu-shabu) and roast duck. This restaurant has their own farm that supplies their meat. Their speciality is a hotpot of noodles, mushrooms, onions, and thinly-sliced sirloin in a light-tasting broth.
