Guangji Bridge, namely Chaozhou Guangji Bridge, known as Kangji Bridge, Dinghou Bridge and Jichuan Bridge, commonly known as Xiangzi Bridge, also known as Chaozhou Xiangzi Bridge, is located outside the East Gate of Chaozhou Ancient City in Guangdong Province, across Hanjiang, connecting things On both sides of the strait, it is one of the eight scenic spots in Chaozhou, which is one of the eight scenic spots in Chaozhou. It is also a national key cultural relics protection unit. Guangji Bridge integrates girder bridges, pontoons and arch bridges. It is an isolated example of ancient bridges in China. It is unique in its unique style of “18-boats and twenty-four continents” with Zhaozhou Bridge in Hebei, Luoyang Bridge in Fujian, and Beijing. Lugou Bridge is also known as the four ancient bridges in China. Known as the "the earliest open and close bridge in the world" by the famous bridge expert Mao Yisheng. Guangji Bridge was built in the 7th year of the Southern Song Dynasty (AD 1171). In the 9th year of the Jiajing Period of the Ming Dynasty (AD 1530), the pattern of the Eighteen Shuttle Ships and Four Continents was formed. On the eve of liberation, Guangji Bridge was completely broken. In 1958, the whole bridge was reinforced and repaired, and the eighteen shuttle boat was demolished and converted into a three-hole steel frame and two high-pile bearing bridges. In October 2003, Guangji Bridge began to carry out comprehensive maintenance, and the overall style was based on the Ming Dynasty. The function was positioned as a tourist and pedestrian bridge, which was completed in 2007. In March 1988, it was announced by the State Council as a national key cultural relics protection unit. Guangji Bridge is a floating beam combined structure. It consists of a combination of the east and west sections of the stone girder bridge and the middle section of the pontoon bridge. The girder bridge consists of three parts: the pier, the stone beam and the bridge pavilion. The east side beam bridge is 283.35m long, with 12 piers and abutment, and 12 bridge holes. The west side beam bridge is 137.3m long, with 8 piers, 7 bridge holes and 5m wide stone beam. The middle pontoon is 97.3m long and is made up of 18 wooden boats.
