Jing An Kerry Centre is centrally located on Nanjing Road West in Shanghai's Jing An District. The large-scale mixed-use development covers an area of 450,000 s.m., including 86,000 s.m. of retail space, 152,000 s.m. of premium grade A office, 73,000 s.m. (508 rooms) for the Jing An Shangri-La Hotel, 18,000 s.m. (133 units) of residences, 136,000 s.m. below ground area and 1,340 car parking spaces. Developed by Shanghai Ji Xiang Properties Co., Ltd. and designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, the development has been awarded LEED Gold Pre-certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and is expected to be completed by the end of 2012.
