Centro Costa Salguero is a convention center located in the neighborhood of Palermo, in the City of Buenos Aires, on the banks of the Río de la Plata.
It was created in 1993 with the purpose of building and operating a property that would allow to carry out events of all kinds, such as exhibitions, conventions, shows, sporting events, social and business meetings.
Inaugurated in May 1994, it was designed by the Aftalión-Bischof-Egozcué-Vidal architecture studio and occupied more than 11,000 m2. During 1998 and 1999 this covered area would increase to the number of 20,000 m2, which together with the parking lots and discovered areas totals an area of 40,000 m2 within 17 ha that make up the complex.
